In my everyday work I lead and advise mid-stage digital and creative businesses: as a part-time and interim CEO; as a coach and mentor; running strategy-setting & capacity-building initiatives.
Successful entrepreneurial businesses frequently reach a stage where they outgrow the management capabilities of their founder/s. At that point, they need to expand what I call their Management Bandwidth, taking the business into the next stage with the resources they already have.
